Refund policy

At Pfikind, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your order isn't what you expected, we want to know.

We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included components, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).
• Because many Pfikind products are handcrafted or intended for creative use, eligible returns are limited to items that have not been assembled, modified, glued, altered, or otherwise used.
• Proof of purchase or your original order number is required.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Your refund will include the full purchase price of the returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped an incorrect item.

Please note: Every Pfikind product is individually handcrafted, so minor variations in color, texture, finish, and appearance are a natural part of the creation process and help make each piece unique. Small natural surface variations, including tiny voids, are an expected characteristic of handcrafted terrain and reflect the artisan nature of each piece. They do not affect the product's quality, performance, durability, or intended use. These characteristics are expected, are not considered defects, and generally do not qualify for return or exchange.
